How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, your account administrator should navigate to the ‘Subscription’ tab in the winkk AI settings and click on ‘Cancel subscription’.
After cancellation, regardless of whether you have a monthly or annual plan, you will retain access to winkk AI until the end of your current billing period. The subscription's expiry date is displayed in the same settings tab.
